DIANA ORVING

Diana Orving´s designer career started already in the year 2000 when she at the young age of 15 started selling one offs to designer stores in Stockholm. She was acknowledged for her ability to create special complex items, which was still easy to wear. Without designer education she has found her trademark in a drape based construction technique and an experimental approach to clothes and fashion. Diana puts focus on silhouette and works mainly in fade down colours where the materials different structures, luster and transparency creates facets. She finds inspiration in people, their movement and stories and how people dress up in the way they want to be perceived by their surrounding. Diana Orving has attended several exhibitions both in Sweden and abroad. Her collections sell in highfashion stores around the world.
